In the above video a “Haunted House” is in the spotlight in three articles over the course of three years in the Denver times.

Article 1

Feb 13th, 1902 – The haunted house featured some destruction after firebugs ignited the 3 story, 14 bedroom brick building. The property owner J.A Feming was a wealthy man in real estate left the property unoccupied for three years.

Article 2

June 18th, 1903 – The community labels the property as a nuisance, and a place for “sleeping tramps.” They state the property has actually been abandoned for ten years.

Article 3

November 4th, 1904 – A seance was performed for four hours in the disarrayed property. The smell of twenty years of musk, cobwebs, crumbling plastered, and beaten doors set the scene. A blood curdling scream is heard, and the head of the seance says it’s the ghost of a woman who was shot and mugged. Turns out the scream was from a late arrival to the seance! No ghosts there.

Present Day

Today the property is a successful apartment complex! Do you believe this property was ever haunted
