This Gothic Revival for sale first came to my attention on 08/27/2021 when it was listed for $425K. The listing was removed 02/28/2022, but then listed again 7 months later for almost $340K. While it’s now listed for almost $215K, I can’t help put look at the price continually going down for the past 2.5 years. What do you think is wrong with this house?
