REALTOR COMMENTS

An extraordinary Chateau For Sale with a tangible history ready for you to discover. This substantial Château has been built on a Gallo-Roman site. Artefacts dating back to this period have been found within the extensive grounds and one would imagine there is more to discover!

Records suggest first occupancy in the XIV century with the original chateau subsequently replaced in the XVI century (1590) by Guillame de Gascq, Squire of Henry IV. The chateau has been in the same family since the XVIII century which in itself is very impressive and perhaps something for the new custodian to aspire to!? In 1763 the chateau was extended by a lower wing and in 1766 it was again extended with the addition of its own Chapel.
