Hi, I’m Johanna. I was born and raised in an old house in Cape May, New Jersey, a beautiful and historic seaside community on the Atlantic. In fact, seafarer, Captain Zadoc Sharpe, built my house in 1915.
Having a National Historic City as my playground imparted in me a passion for old houses. I’m not a realtor, simply a curator of old houses for sale that call my name. Thus, Old House Calling.
